An Observable Pattern Implementation in Swift

The introduction of Swift brought back the usage of structs. There are a lot of posts on when to use Structs vs. Classes. Cocoa Bindings only works for types that are subclasses of NSObject, hence not with Structs. This is a suggested implementation of the observable pattern.
